Dapple is an usual 3/4 bred CB GREY mare she is about 17 hands with a
good movement.
We are looking forward to having her foal next year it is a change
to have a grey around and she has a lovely personality.
Dapple has enjoyed being in foal. We are hoping to serve her with
Excalibur this spring 08 and sell her as a brood mare.
Jan 2008 Dapple is back in tack,
we are going to start riding her as she is such a lovely big mare, she
would be good fun to go hunting or jumping, loose jumped well.
Jan 28. we rode dapple this eveing, brought her up from the field, put
the tack on, ryan rode her had a trot and canter round the menage and jumped a
jump. She is a sensible ride and such a sweet temperment.
2 days on on Ryan has ridden her again lovely canter around the arena,
jumped a jump nice a clean in the sleet and wind behaved well. is
ready to go on to give somebody a bit of fun, out hunting or fun rides
etc, unfortunately Dapple has been kicked on her hock which
although not lame is swollen, so we may put her back in foal, as
it may take a while to heal.
